This cider is a personal passion project of our Sidrero. Encompassing so many different elements of Mexican culture in an innovative way.
Tuna or “prickly pear” has been recorded in use with indigenous fermented beverages for hundreds of years. It’s unique growing conditions and variety of color contibute to its wonderful flavor profile
Bougainvillea has a slew of health benefits and a unique flavor profile with a brilliant color. It has been used in traditional medicine for generations.
we wood-age both these elements along with our fresh pressed cider with Añejo mezcal barrel chips. Mezcal is a protected designation of origin product exclusive to specific regions within Mexico.
This cider has so many fun aspects going on, it’s impossible not to fall in love with it & Mexican culture.
