This Imperial fruit cider has all of it’s roots in latin american culture. It’s bright, fruity, Citrusy, Acidic, slightly tannic, yet Full bodied.
This cider is the only one that has zero apple in it. we only use Fresh pressed Bright golden Pineapple to make sure to capture the quintessential tepache flavor.
Oaxacan honey is rich & dark. It adds unmistakable characteristics of sub-tropical wild flowers, high altitude jungle terroir, and south American Pacific sea air.
This cider helps native people to accord to live on their generational land and practice beekeeping techniques that have been past down through generations. This is truly a good for all cider.
